Population growth is fuel for property prices. One of property’s key growth drivers.
I noticed a post created in March 2010 that celebrated Australia reaching the 22 million milestone.
I didn’t notice it happen but apparently Australia now has more than 22 million people. Population growth creates a sweet melody for the ear of the property investor.
2010 data for Australian Population Growth
Over the previous 13 years, 2010-2023, the population has now grown to over 26 million. The trend looks to be persistent, for very good reasons, people want to live in a rich and safe and prosperous country.
The 30 million milestone is set to be reached in the mid 2030’s.
