For investors who value higher land values and prefer one higher quality home over two lesser quality properties.

Our investor client was based overseas and looking for a high quality ‘set and forget’ investment.

We identified an excellent ‘replica’ character home allowing for character features while at the same time for prospects of lower maintenance. The presence of tenants on a long term lease removed a lot of the owner occupier competition and was an added bonus when negotiating.

We secured this house at auction for a price well under our maximum limit.
