Andrew started a property buying service to help investors buy quality real estate in greater Brisbane in 2009. Allen Real Estate is proud to have bought multiple properties, sometimes 3rd and 4th properties for repeat clients over the past year and has a focus on quality and the longer term growth asset view with residential property.
Micah joined the Allen Real Estate team in February 2015, following on from a long held passion for real estate and personal investment. Micah has bought many hundreds of properties for clients of Allen Real Estate over the last 9 years and personally has a large residential and commerical portfolio.
He comes from an engineering background having completed a Bachelors (Hons) and Masters in Engineering in New Zealand and working on various projects throughout Australia, USA and Africa. He developed a strong interest in Australian residential property through substantial research and reading and then began investing himself, developing a keen eye for good quality investment properties.
With strong negotiation skills, detailed suburb and pricing knowledge and thorough research and analysis of each individual property deal, Micah provides his clients with a premium level of service, helping to build their own property portfolios with comfort and confidence.
